A run starts in the timekeeping module — shift management, attendance and overtime computation — rather than in a spreadsheet summary typed up after the fact. Approved leave against VL, SL, ML, PL and SIL balances, and amortization on company and statutory loans, are carried into the same run. Talenta computes SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF and BIR withholding from it, publishes payslips to the employee self-service portal, and exports a payout file for your disbursement bank. That is the loop that turns payroll for a 40-person company into an afternoon instead of a week.
SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF contributions are computed automatically as part of the payroll run, to the centavo, rather than looked up and keyed in by hand.
