This notice covers the personal data you submit through the forms on this site and the usage data collected by our site analytics, under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
When you submit a signup or Founding Client reservation, we collect the details you enter: your name and work email always, and — depending on the form — your organization name, phone number, employee headcount, and the message you write. We also record which product page the form was submitted from. Separately, this site runs Google Analytics, which is described in its own section below.
We use these details only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to set up your account — never to sell or to send unsolicited marketing. Records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are then deleted.
We send transactional email — an acknowledgment to you and a notification to our team — through Resend, Inc., an email provider based in the United States. To do this, the details you submit (including your name and email) are transmitted to and processed by Resend on servers in the United States. Under RA 10173 this is a cross-border transfer of your personal data, and we disclose it here so your consent to it is informed. Resend processes this data on our behalf to deliver the message and does not use it for its own purposes.
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to understand how this site is used: which pages are visited and for how long, how a visit arrived (a search engine, a link, or a typed address), the country and city it comes from, the device, browser, and screen size in use, and whether a signup or reservation form was submitted, and for which product (never what you entered into it). To recognise a returning browser, Google sets cookies in your browser whose names begin with _ga. This usage data is transmitted to and processed by Google on servers outside the Philippines, including in the United States — under RA 10173 that is a cross-border transfer of your personal data, and we disclose it here so your consent to it is informed. We see this data only in aggregate: it does not show us your name, your IP address, or anything you type into our forms, and we do not use it for advertising. How Google handles this data is set out in the Google Privacy Policy and in its page on how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can stop this collection by blocking cookies for this site in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Under RA 10173 you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@multech.ph and we will action the request.
